As a native of the Pacific Northwest for most of the past forty years, earning her real estate license in 2007, has years of experience in buying and selling real estate including specializing in the new construction process. She leverages her background in the Mortgage and Finance industries, giving her a natural ability for helping her clients navigate their real estate goals.

After vacationing in the Coachella Valley for over ten years, she found herself falling in love with the laid-back vibe and year-round sunshine. Ultimately bringing her to beautiful La Quinta where she ended up purchasing in PGA West, five years ago. She enjoys being an active member of the club where you are blessed to experience resort style living every day.

She loves connecting with people, helping them navigate through their real estate goals. Anne-Vija listens to what her clients are saying with their wants and needs, and her approachable and genuine personality has helped her build strong relationships, making her a joy to work with as she guides her clients through their real estate journey.
